Tough Mudder Passes On Foxborough For 2018
The popular extreme obstacle course could hold a race in town in 2019.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Tough Mudder has chosen to not come to Foxborough, Town Manager Bill Keegan told the selectmen recently.
The run is now heading to Charleton, according to Keegan. He told the selectmen that the race and Gillette Stadium were unable to agree on a date for the planned 2018 race.
The 10-11-mile long course would have included obstacles such as walls, cargo nets, cold water swims, and barbed wire that participants have to crawl under. Town officials expected 8,000 to 10,000 participants, with runners taking to the course over a weekend in waves of 300 to 500 people at a time.
