Tri-Town Chamber Presents Excellence in Business Award
Mass Premier Courts of Foxborough received the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce's Excellence in Business Award.

Mass Premier Courts of Foxborough received the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce’s Excellence in Business Award at their September Board of Directors meeting. The award recognizes a Chamber member who exhibits innovative business practices in their own business, positively impacts the greater economic development in their area, and who supports their community through volunteer or philanthropic efforts.
Accepting the award is Michael Vaughan, General Manager.

Mass Premier Courts opened their doors in November of 2004. The facility has two main hardwood basketball courts and five additional multipurpose courts. It is estimated that over two million people walk through the doors at Mass Premier each year as guests or participants in the facilities basketball, volleyball and summer programs. Mass Premier has become a year-round headquarters for youth sports development through high-level competitive play.
“Our Goal is to provide quality services for both Basketball and Volleyball at a reasonable price,” said Marcotte. “We strive on providing something for everyone with in those sports, that includes those recreational players, all the way to the ones seeking college scholarships, we also try to service all age groups from as young as 18 months old up until adult leagues.”

“In the past three years we have really opened up to volleyball, creating many new programs following our model of being a great value in comparison to or competitors,” added Vaughan. “We also created the very first in our area, a town youth volleyball league for new players to start between 5th and 8th grade along with other players that want to expand their volleyball opportunities while playing with classmates.
We also have revamped our kids program to be more sport specific learning and working on the basic skills of those sports during the younger years.”
“Mass Premier, through its tournaments and league play, has helped to introduce hundreds of thousands of people to the Tri-Town community and our businesses,” said Danielle Fish, Vice President of the Chamber’s Economic Development Committee. “Their guests are staying in our area and supporting Tri-Town area restaurants, hotels, and businesses.”
Chamber President Tim Kenneally added, “We are proud to count Mass Premier Courts among our membership. Their management and staff have proven to be dedicated to providing quality programming and facilities for both the amateur and competitive athletes in our area.”
“On behalf of all of us at Mass Premier Courts we would like to pass along our greatest gratitude to the Tri-Town Chamber for this award and all that you do for the business in our area. We think that all of the members of the Tri-Town Chamber are better off because of this organization and the leaders that run it,” said Vaughan.
The Chamber‘s Economic Development Committee will recognize other members and their businesses throughout the year. The first recipient of this award was Normandy Farms Campground.
