Two Battle for Selectman's Seat in Town Election Monday

Foxborough holds its annual town election on Monday.

Mark Sullivan and David Feldman compete for votes in a three-year seat on the Board of Selectmen on Monday, May 5, when Peabody holds its annual town election. 

Thomas Buckley runs unopposed for assessor, as does Beverley Lord for school committee member. Richard Pacella, Jr., is the lone candidate for water and sewer commissioner and Paul W. Steeves, too, is unopposed on the ballot for board of health member. There are two seats open for Boydon Library trustees, with Thomas Magee and Kevin Penders on the ballot. Also, William Grieder, JR. and John Rhoads are up for the two spots on the planning board. Candace Loewen is unopposed, running for housing authority member. 

Voting is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and all precincts vote at the John J. Ahern Middle School, 111 Mechanic St. 

There are 10,952 registered voters in Foxborough.
