Udden Forgoes School Committee Reelection Bid

Foxborough School Committee member Stephen Udden’s name will not be on the ballot during this spring’s town election.

The first-term committee member announced Monday night that he will not seek a second term and will leave the board at the end of his three-year term.

Udden cited a desire to spend more time with his family as the reason why he is not running for reelection.

Udden was elected to the board in 2013. Prior to serving on the school committee, he was a member of the Advisory Committee. He currently serves as a member of the Southeastern Regional Voc. Tech School Committee and is an active member of the Foxborough Rotary Club.
