Voters To Consider Small Special Town Meeting Warrant
Planned for 7:30 p.m. at Foxborough High School, voters will consider 13 articles.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — A relatively light warrant is expected to be voted on when residents head to Monday night's Special Town Meeting.
Planned for Dec. 4 at 7:30 p.m. at Foxborough High School, voters will consider 13 articles consisting of budget adjustments, a charter school reimbursement request, zoning changes, and bylaw changes.
Warrant highlights include Article 5, which will allow the selectmen to file special legislation to require a 100 percent charter school reimbursement to the town.

If approved, Article 7 would not allow the following uses in the area:
- Parking lots constructed to the standards found in section 6.1 of the zoning bylaws
- Commercial storage garages and motor vehicle repair shops
- Self storage mini-warehouse, rail storage or switching yards
- Truck terminal/general commodity/public warehouse
- Automobile storage or automobile auction facilities
- Outdoor storage or overnight parking of buses, trucks or other vehicles whose weight exceeds 10,000 pounds
In total, the planning board has four articles on the warrant. The planning board will also ask residents to vote to amend the Stormwater Management Bylaw passed at the May Town Meeting and two marijuana bylaws.

Article 11, a proposal to allow the town to impose fines and other punishments for people maintaining a public nuisance that includes underage drinking, public consumption of alcohol, drug activities, fighting, disturbing the pease, and illegal parking. The advisory committee has recommended no action at town meeting.
