Wason Pavilion on Payson Road Coming Together
The pavilion is being built in memory of former Town Planner Sharon Wason.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — The legacy of former Town Planner Sharon Wason will be memorialized at the recreation complex she helped create.
The frame and roof of Wason Memorial Pavilion has been constructed near the playground and lacrosse field at the Payson Road Recreation Complex. The area will also include an acknowledgment of Wason.
Wason, who died last year, worked extensively on building up the area. In 2013, the town received $232,000 to pave the parking lot and build handicap accessible paths.
