Water Shut-off Announced for Some Parts of Foxborough
A few streets in town can expect to be without water during the day Monday.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Some parts of town can expect to be without water for a portion of Halloween.
The Water Department has announced that water service will be shut down on Aylward Lane, Creighton Avenue, Creighton Lane, Foxhill Road, Idlewild Street, Kersey Road, Neponset Heights Ave., Ridge Road, Ridgewood Path and Chestnut Street from Neponset Ave. to Foxhill Road on Oct. 31 to allow for the installation of a new valve on Chestnut Street.
Water officials expect the shutdown to start at 9 a.m. and last until about 4 p.m.

Following the conclusion of the shutdown, if you experience discoloration or air in the line, you are advised to wait about 15 minutes and then run your water slowly on cold for a few minutes.
Residents are advised to plan laundry, washing and showering accordingly and draw water sufficient for your needs during the shutdown.
