Wrentham Man Facing Charges in Fatal Foxborough Crash

FOXBOROUGH, MA — A Wrentham man involved in a fatal crash in Foxborough now faces charges.

Anthony M. Federico, 20, pleaded not guilty in Wrentham District Court to motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation.

On April 28, emergency crews responded to a crash near the intersection of Route 140 and South Cross Street. Investigators say Federico swerved to avoid one vehicle, but hit another vehicle head on. The driver of the vehicle that was struck, Stephen Kozak of Millis, was transported to Norwood Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Federico is due back in court on Nov. 14, according to the Sun Chronicle.
