The convenience store that handed out the top-prize ticket also sold a $1 million winner a few years ago.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Luck has struck a lottery player who visited a local convenience store.

A $2 ticket sold at AV’s Market II won the unidentified player $100,000, according to results posted Tuesday by the Massachusetts Lottery Commission.

The prize is one of six top awards in the state's current “$100,000 Two for the Money” scratch game.

The Lottery Commission says the odds of winning a $100,000 prize in the game are less than 1 in 1.8 million.
