UPDATED: 5th Annual Wayside at Walsh Saturday Morning

Wayside Youth & Family Support Network will hold its 5th 5K4Kids Run/Walk and free Halloween Festival on Saturday road race, a chance to win a $5,000 vacation and tons of fun, family activities.

Wayside Youth & Family Support Network, is a Framingham-based non-profit that provides services to children with mental health and behavioral issues.

The event is the largest fundraiser for the human service organization which helps more than 5,000 kids and families throughout Eastern and Central Massachusetts each year.

Wayside set at $90,000 goal and had already raised more than $95,000 before the race.

Prizes and medals will be awarded to the top three female and male runners in each age division as well as for overall winners. Plus, all runners who come in costume will receive a prize!

The event also features a Halloween festival, which will include a bouncy house, trampoline park, face painting, air brush tattoos, photo booth, pumpkin decorating, food, raffles and more on Saturday, Oct. 25 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Walsh Middle School on Brook Street.

Online registration has closed, but same day registration is available Saturday at Walsh.
