Aggravated Rape, Drug Trafficking: Grand Jury Indictments

FRAMINGHAM, MA- The District Attorney announced six Framingham related indictments handed down between September 26 and November 20, 2018. The indictments include charges of aggravated rape, drug trafficking, weapons possession and assault. These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Here's who:

Octabiano Boche, 48, of Framingham, was charged with aggravated rape of a child and rape of a child by force. The Assistant District Attorney is Thomas Brant.

Alvin Mojica, 41, of Framingham, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine. The Assistant District Attorney is Yashmeen Desai.

Elvin Mojica, 51, of Framingham, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine. The Assistant District Attorney is Yashmeen Desai.

Karen Portillo, 19, of Framingham, was charged with possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of a firearm without a license, possession of ammunition, improper storage of a large capacity firearm, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance. The Assistant District Attorney is Raquel Frisardi.

Teodosio Rodriguez-Ortiz, 24, was charged with assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery on a household or family member. The Assistant District Attorney is Laura Miller.

David Weinstein, 27, of Framingham, was charged with possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of a firearm without a license, possession of ammunition, improper storage of a large capacity firearm, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, subsequent offense, possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, subsequent offense, and being an armed career criminal (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Raquel Frisardi.
