β€’ Hopkinton man accused in attack over lake dispute indicted (newsbreak.com) β€” A lake-use dispute at Hopkinton's Lake Maspenock that allegedly escalated into an attempted drowning has now moved into the higher-stakes Middlesex Superior Court after an indictment. The case passed through Framingham District Court, where the 70-year-old defendant posted bail and was ordered to stay away from Sandy Beach and the alleged victim.
