Boston Lawyers Donate 120 Bike Helmets in Framingham
Breakstone, White & Gluck, a Boston personal injury law firm, and its Project KidSafe Give for 6th year at Framingham Earth Day.
Breakstone, White & Gluck was pleased to donate more than 120 bicycle helmets to children and families at Framingham Earth Day last weekend. The Boston personal injury lawyers donated the helmets through their Project KidSafe campaign, which works to prevent children from suffering head injuries.
Wearing a bicycle helmet is important for cyclists of all ages. It's also required for cyclists who are 16 years old and younger in Massachusetts. Through its Project KidSafe campaign, Breakstone, White & Gluck works to encourage children to wear helmets every time they ride. Breakstone, White & Gluck began Project KidSafe in 2013 and has since donated over 25,000 helmets across Massachusetts, mostly in the Boston area.
This marked the sixth year Breakstone, White & Gluck donated helmets to children at Framingham Earth Day. Attorney David W. White fit helmets, along with Bill Hanson, the former chairman of the now-disbanded Framingham Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee, and Denise Murphy. The Framingham Police Department also provided support for the donation.
