Three of Framingham’s Most Wanted Arrested 

Framingham, MA – The Framingham Police Department working in conjunction with the Massachusetts State Police VFAS Unit, the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, and outside agencies in Tennessee, New York, and Las Vegas, were able to locate and arrest three of Framingham’s Most Wanted individuals.

ARRESTED- Elmer Diaz (DOB: 12/3/1996) on July 7, 2021 in Cookeville, TN by Putnam County Sheriffs.  Warrant charges include Rape, Burglary, Unarmed Assault in a Dwelling and Indecent A&B on a Person over 14.

ARRESTED- Jose Juvenal De La Mora (DOB: 12/15/1970) on July 7, 2021 in Las Vegas, NV by Metro Police Department. Warrant charges include four counts of Rape of a Child with Force, four counts of Rape of a Child, and Indecent A&B on a Child under 14.

ARRESTED- Kent Leon Williams (DOB: 8/26/59) on July 9, 2021 by New York State Police Violent Felony Warrant Squad.  Warrant charges include Armed Robbery, Threats to commit a crime, Assault and Battery.
