4 Facing Gun Charges After Shots Fired At Westborough Meetup
The suspects include three adult men from Framingham, Marlborough, and Milford, as well as a juvenile from Milford.
WESTBOROUGH, MA — Four people, including a juvenile, are facing firearm-related charges following a shots-fired incident Sunday afternoon in Westborough, authorities said.
Westborough police said officers responded shortly before 4 p.m. to reports of gunfire during a large vehicle gathering on Research Drive. When officers arrived, they found evidence consistent with a firearm being discharged and identified a suspect vehicle connected to the incident, police said.
The Westborough Police Department then issued a "Be On the Lookout" alert to surrounding agencies, according to the Framingham Police Department.

Framingham officers quickly located both vehicles believed to be involved, including one occupied by four individuals who were taken into custody, police said.
The suspects include three adult men from Framingham, Marlborough and Milford, as well as a juvenile from Milford, according to police.

During the investigation, officers also recovered two firearms, police said.
All four were charged with possession of a loaded firearm without a license to carry, possession of a firearm without a license to carry, possession of a firearm with a defaced serial number and possession of ammunition without an FID. They were all arraigned on Monday.
"I’d like to recognize the outstanding work of the Framingham Police Department in capturing these individuals and thank them for taking illegal firearms of our streets, "Milford Police Chief Robert Tusino wrote in a statement Monday.
Police did not release the names of the individuals involved.
