Drug Trafficking: Framingham Grand Jury Indictments

The District Attorney's office announced three indictments related to Framingham.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — The District Attorney announced three Framingham related indictments handed down by the Grand Jury between May 2 and June 27, 2019. The indictments include charges of drug trafficking, drug distribution and felony larceny.

These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Walter Estrada, 33, of Worcester, was charged with trafficking over 100 grams of cocaine. The Assistant District Attorney is Graham Van Epps.

Antonis Mallios, 44, of Milford, was charged with felony larceny (10 counts) making false entries into corporate books (2 counts), and being a common and notorious thief. The Assistant District Attorney is Doug Cannon.

Emmanuel Osamwonyi, 32, of Framingham, was charged with distribution of cocaine, subsequent offense and as a habitual criminal, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, subsequent offense and as a habitual criminal, and possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Robert Meltzer.
