First-Ever MetroFest Will Feature 2 Dozen Food Trucks
The first-ever MetroFest takes place Saturday, Sept 20 at Bowditch Field in Framingham from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

More than two dozen food trucks will be attendance for the first-ever MetroFest Saturday, Sept 20 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Bowditch Field in Framingham. The event, organized by the MetroWest Visitors Bureau, happens rain or shine.
Admission is $5 for guests ages 13 and up, a$2 for children ages 5-12, and free for children ages 4 and under. Pre-order tickets by clicking here.
No parking will be allowed at Bowditch. There will be free shuttle buses from three locations in Framingham. They are:

- McCarthy Elementary School, 8 Flagg Drive
- Fuller Middle School, 31 Flagg Drive
- Middlesex County Juvenile Courthouse, 110 Mt. Wayte Avenue
Once you arrive don’t worry about being hungry as the Food Truck Festival of New England are bringing more than two dozen food trucks - a culinary delight from appetizer to entree to dessert - to Framingham. Also there will be an appearance by celebrity chef Chris Coombs.

Attendees will need to purchase food tickets on site and use the food tickets at the trucks. The trucks will not be accepting cash. The trucks are presented as part of MetroFest by Food Truck Festivals of New England. Click here for more information about them.
And don’t forget to bring blankets and chairs to enjoy the entertainment including headliner John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band presented by Distinctive Hospitality Group, on the SKYBOKX 109 GastroSports main stage.
There will be lots of activities for children and families and even more entertainment on the community stage. More than 70 exhibitors, including arts/culture organizations and artists/crafters featuring one-of-a-kind items for sale, will on site too.
