Wyman Street Advisors has been retained to sell two parcels totaling 37.5 acres, reported CityBiz Real Estate.
The prorperty is expected to sell at $5-$8 million.
There are two structures - Marist House at 45,144 square feet and Bishop's Hall at 4,933 square feet. Both are viewed by Wyman Street as a potential dormitory-style residential properties.

The property was utilized for more than 70 years as a retreat center for the Marist Fathers of Boston. It closed in July 2011. Marist Brothers cited budget issues and close to a 41 million worth of deferred maintenance as reasons.
The Roman Catholic order, also known as The Society of Mary, opened the Marist House as a seminary in 1939.

The land is zoned residential and was assessed at $4.5 million. The property features 30-plus bedrooms, conference rooms, an auditorium, a large kitchen and dining hall, gift shop and of course chapels.
Chip Batchelder and Steve Woodworth of Wyman Street Advisors will conduct the marketing and sale of the property.
