Fire officials were able to get the worker to the ground after his lift got stuck while working on the Dennison smoke stack.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — A construction worker in Framingham found themselves in a precarious — and high — situation on Thursday.
Framingham Fire Department officials were called to a 7 Bishop St. construction site when a 29-year-old worker became stuck on a lift approximately 100 feet in the air.
"While adjusting his position, the bucket of his lift got stuck on the railing that was being removed from the old Dennison smoke stack," officials said.

Fire crews were on the scene for about three hours assisting with the rescue. The worker could not be removed immediately based on the site access and high voltage wires, officials said.
