Framingham Fuller Middle School Stay-In-Place Order Issued Thursday Morning

FRAMINGHAM, MA — A stay-in-place order was issued at Fuller Middle School on Thursday morning, but has since been lifted.
Framingham school officials said the order was issued around 8:40 a.m. after police responded to the school on Flagg Drive. Officials said the response was "regarding a juvenile possibly in or around the school, who made vague threats toward a specific individual [Wednesday night]."
Fuller Middle School, McCarthy Elementary School and the Fuller Building were all issued a stay-in-place order as officers conducted a check of the middle school.

Superintendent Bob Tremblay said "the situation was complicated by a simultaneous and coincidental fire alarm announcement, which created some confusion at Fuller."
No issues were found, but the matter is currently under investigation.
