Attempted Murder Charge For Framingham Man After Grafton Robbery
The homeowner was injured after shots were fired during the Sunday morning robbery, according to Grafton police.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — A 25-year-old Framingham man was arrested on Sunday in Boston and has been charged in connection to a Sunday morning home invasion in Grafton, according to police.
According to Grafton police, the armed home invasion happened around 7 a.m. Sunday at a home in Grafton along Spring Hill Drive. A person who was home at the time sustained minor injuries.
Meanwhile, police identified the suspect as Tyler Milioto, of Old Connecticut Path. He was arrested around 3 p.m. Sunday in Boston's South End area, according to police there. Multiple departments assisted with the search for Milioto, including Marlborough, Woburn, Waltham, Lexington, Belmont and state police.

Milioto was arrested and charged with armed home invasion, assault with intent to murder, attempted murder, attempted assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, discharging a firearm near a building, and carrying a gun without a license.
Milioto was arraigned on Monday and ordered held without bail. His next court appearance is scheduled for June 23, according to police. According to court records, Milioto has previous charges for marijuana possession and using counterfeit money.
