Framingham PD To Host Self Defense Classes
Special Rape Aggression Defense classes for women will start in March.

FRAMINGHAM, MA- The Framingham Police Department will host self-defense classes throughout March and April.
The classes are tailored to women and taught as a form of self defense against rape aggression. Physical self-defense moves are taught to fend off attackers as well as techniques to form decisions in unsafe situations.
The classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays in the cameron School gym from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. from March 20 until April 10. Classes are open to women of all fitness levels.
