12:58 a.m. Noise complaint at Red Roof Inn, 650 Cochituate Rd. Framingham Police removed a group.

1:06 a.m. Domestic assault reported on Riner St.

1:20 a.m. Police arrested at 65 Riner St. Daniel Griffith, 53, of 16 Bristol St. Southington Ct. Charged with domestica ssault and battery and domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and domestic threats to commit at crime

1:51 a.m. Motor vehicle investigation and Henry and Lincoln streets.

2:05 a.m. Police arrested on Henry St. Nicholas Miccile, 21, of 34 Lawrence St. Apt 1 Framingham. Charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. 

7;16 a.m. Breaking and entering reported at Star House Restaurant at 595 Waverley St.

7:34 a.m. Domestic assault reported at 46 Irving St.

9:21 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Keefe Tech, 750 Winter Street, no injuries.  

9;55 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Concord and Hardy streets, 3 vehicles, possible injuries. Framingham Fire responding two of the three vehicles towed. 

1:11 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at St Tarcisius Church. Framingham Police assisting.

1:37 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Warren Rd and Forest Ave. Ext.

1:54 p.m. Medical assistance requested at Toy R Us. Framingham Fire transported one individual.

2;13 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at 16 Bayberry Lane.  

3:14 p.m. Shoplifter reported at Bob's Store, Shoppers World, 1 Worcester Rd.

4:04 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported on Worcester road. Framingham Town vehicle involved, Natick Police responding.

4:04 p.m. Gunshots reported on Cedar and Cypress Streets, with seven cruisers responding.

4:33 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 1881 Worcester Rd, westbound, with no injuries.

6:33 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Conti Liquors, no injuries. Two vehicles towed.

8:44 p.m. Motorcycle crash reported at 219 Grove St. Cycle went off the road. No injuries.

9:30 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Framingham Liquors, no injuries.

9:34 p.m. Group reported at AMC Theaters, 22 Flutie Pass. Framingham Police removed the group.

9:51 p.m. Domestic assault reported on Beaver Terrace Circle.

9:51 p.m. Police arrested at her residence Rosa Ortiz, 34, of 20B beaver Terrace Circle of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

11:07 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 1133 Worcester Rd. Acura struck a deer in the westbound lane. Deer died. Mass Highway notified.
