12:48 a.m. Report of an inebriated individual at Cafe Belo, 417 waverley St. Framingham Police placed one homeless man in protective custody.

1:52 a.m. Fight reported at Railroad Six Grill, 398 waverely St.
1:56 a.m. Police arrested at Railroad Six Sports Grill Pedro Luna, 37, of 58A Cedar St.of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault and battery.
