FRAMINGHAM, MA — A worker at the Old Connecticut Path Stop & Shop store in Framingham tested positive for the new coronavirus recently, according to WHDH. The store was subsequently closed for cleaning.

According to Framingham health officials, coronavirus has hit local service workers especially hard.

"The Health Department reports that it continues to see a high number of cases resulting from household transmissions and in apartment settings, in addition to essential services workers," city officials said Saturday in a coronavirus update.
