IMAGE GALLERY: Cameron's Production of Disney's High School Musical Opens Tonight

Cameron Middle School will stage three performances of Disney's High School Musical on Friday and Saturday. Tickets are still available.

Featuring more than 60 students in the cast, Cameron Middle School Theatre Arts is presenting Disney’s High School Musical this weekend.

Tonight, Feb. 6 is opening night. The curtain rises at 7.

There are two final performances on Saturday, Feb. 7 at 3 and 7 p.m.

Based on a Disney Channel original movie written by Peter Barsocchini, High School Musical tells the tale of Troy, Gabriella, and the students of East High facing issues of first love, friends, and family while balancing their classes and extra curricular activities. The Cameron Middle production is through special arrangements with Music Theatre International.

The show’s director/choreographer is Diana Blue.

Tickets can be purchased on line at www.showtix4u.com. Tickets are $10 online and seating is reserved.

Tickets at the door, if available, are $12.
