"Inspiring Courage" Weekend Retreat at Open Spirit--Oct. 19+20

Open Spirit hosts affordable, inspiring, relaxed retreat in Saxonville.

Courage is not the opposite of fear. Courage is a way we choose to respond to the reality of fear. Amidst a 24-hour news cycle that can heighten our fear and leave us in a perpetual state of anxiety, what does courage means? What inspires us to choose courage in the face of fear? What sustains us? How can we inspire one another?

These are a few of the questions that will be explored during Open Spirit’s 6th Annual Weekend of Spirit, on October 19+20. Through inspiring stories, shared meals, conversation and experiential workshops, we will delve into our theme: “Inspiring Courage.”

This mini-retreat is local and convenient—on the campus of Edwards Church, in the heart of Saxonville (39 Edwards Street). It is affordable—$40 for the entire event. (Early bird discount until October 4). It is relaxed and relaxing, fun and thought-provoking. You can come to the whole event or just to part of it!
