MA Gov. Healey In Framingham For Academy of Trial Attorneys Dinner
The Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys will host its annual dinner with Healey set to be honored during the occasion.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey will make her way to Framingham on Tuesday evening for the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys annual dinner.
Healey will be among four people honored at the annual dinner, which follows the organization's convention and seminar.
The governor will receive the MATA Champion of Justice Award, according to the organization.

Massachusetts Supreme Court Associate Justice Serge Georges Jr., WBZ investigative reporter Cheryl Fiandaca and Suffolk Supreme Court civil clerk Michael Joseph Donovan will also be honored.
Healey is attending Democratic Governors Association’s spring policy conference in Michigan on Tuesday, meaning Lt. Gov Kim Driscoll will serve as acting governor until Healey returns to Massachusetts for the annual dinner.

Driscoll is set to attend a Military Friends Foundation Medal of Liberty and the Medal of Fidelity Presentation event at the State House in addition to the Massachusetts Ambulance Association’s “Convoy of Champions” at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough.
