FRAMINGHAM, MA — A Natick man was arrested on Monday night and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon after police said he waved a BB gun inside of the Walmart on Worcester Road. The man, identified as Kiumars Sabet, 74, was also charged with disorderly conduct.

The call came in to police around 7:47 p.m. on Monday. Sabet was acting irrationally in the store when he tried to return a BB gun but was told he could not, police said. He waved the BB gun, although not at anyone, and threw it on the floor, all while yelling at Walmart employees and people nearby, according to police.
