No Bail For Delgado-Torres In Framingham Double-Killing

Aneudy Delgado-Torres, 39, of Framingham, made his first court appearance on Wednesday on murder charges.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — The Framingham man charged with killing a father and son on Friday night was ordered held without bail during his first court appearance on Wednesday. Aneudy Delgado-Torres, 39, pleaded not guilty to charges that he killed James "Manny" Wade, 45, and his son, James Wade, 24.

Prosecutors have not said why Delgado-Torres opened fire, but have said that the area where the shooting happened was known be disputed territory among drug dealers. The shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. Friday along 2nd Street near Beaver Street.

In addition to the two counts of murder, Delgado-Torres was charged with possession of a large-capacity magazine, possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition. Delgado-Torres will be arraigned in Framingham on Wednesday.
