Police say two vehicles were involved near 1063 Worcester Road, with three other victims taken by ambulance to MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham.

Police ID Framingham Man Killed In Alleged DUI Hit-And-Run Crash, Driver Charged: Police (dailyvoice.com) — A 62-year-old Framingham man, Philip Bligh, died after a late-night crash on Hollis Street that police say involved a driver who initially left the scene and appeared intoxicated when he returned. Officers arrested Ronei DeOliveira of Framingham, and a judge in Framingham District Court set his bail at $250,000 with strict monitoring and alcohol restrictions.
   

3. Spotted lanternfly infestations have expanded in Mass. Here's what that means for homeowners. Alzheon Reports Biomarker Findings for Oral Alzheimer's Drug Valiltramiprosate (bostonlifesciencestimes.com) — Framingham-based Alzheon is reporting promising Phase 2 and 3 biomarker results for its oral Alzheimer's drug valiltramiprosate (ALZ-801), showing sustained reductions in key blood markers tied to disease progression. Company leaders say these changes tracked with better cognitive and brain-volume outcomes in certain patients and plan another Phase 3 trial while exploring more patient groups.

Mistrial or retrial, Lindsay Clancy faces years of confinement (newsnationnow.com) — A retired Massachusetts judge says Lindsay Clancy, whose murder trial ended in a mistrial, is likely to remain in a secure psychiatric setting for years, even if ultimately found not criminally responsible.
