Framingham Man Charged With Dragging Dog While Driving Truck: Reports (patch.com) — Residents in Framingham are reacting to reports that a 23-year-old local man has been charged with animal cruelty and driving with a suspended license after a dog was allegedly dragged from his truck for about ten minutes. Witnesses intervened and followed the vehicle, and the injured pit bull mix, Laika, was treated for road rash and paw injuries at Framingham Animal Hospital.

The family-owned business, which has operated for over 50 years and expanded across the Northeast, is asking a federal judge for damages and an injunction to protect its brand.
