• Bangor-based Haley Ward acquires Massachusetts environmental and civil engineering firm (mainebiz.biz subscription) — Framingham-based CDW Consultants has been acquired by Bangor engineering firm Haley Ward, but all 26 CDW employees are being retained as the company becomes a division of Haley Ward. The deal expands Haley Ward's environmental and civil engineering reach across southern New England while keeping CDW's local expertise, including brownfield redevelopment and regulatory compliance, available to Massachusetts clients.
