Register for Saturday's Spiritual Wellness Day

On Saturday, Aug. 15, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., The Plymouth Church in Framingham, a community partner for more than 300 years, will host a Day of Spiritual Wellness.

If the summer doldrums find you feeling listless and sluggish, treat yourself to a day of healing and self-care. This is the perfect way to recharge yourself for all the demands coming your way this fall.

A variety of experienced professionals in the fields of massage therapy, yoga, meditation, chanting, spinal screenings, Reiki treatments, and psychic readings will be on hand to offer classes and personal consultation.

Have your blood pressure checked and take a meditative, centering walk in our Labyrinth.

Light refreshments will be served, and there will be a special area for kids.

Admission is $20 per person, with discounts available.

Kids under age 12 are free.
