Salute to Framingham Announces 2020 'We Are Grateful' Winner
This year's recipient is a retiring Framingham elementary school principal.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — The final award winner in the 2020 Salute to Framingham series was announced this week. Retiring Barbieri Elementary School principal Susan McGilvray-Rivet will get the "We Are Grateful" award.
So far, Salute to Framingham has announced the Jim O'Connor award winner, the "You Are Special" winner, and overall winners.

Each year, the Salute to Framingham recognizes retiring senior level administrators for their outstanding career dedication to students’ education, enrichment and well-being. These recipients have positively affected thousands of lives of children and families from across Framingham. These senior level administrators are given a "We Are Grateful" designation and are publicly recognized as part of the Salute to Framingham.
The 2020 "We Are Grateful" recipient is Dr. Susan McGilvray-Rivet, retiring Barbieri Elementary School Principal.

The 28th Salute to Framingham will take place on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at the Sheraton
