Search Continues For Framingham Man Wanted In Fatal Shooting
Police believe Eugene Sutton, Jr. 52, shot and killed a man along Hayes Street on Oct. 30.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Authorities in Massachusetts are still searching for a 52-year-old local man wanted in connection to a fatal Oct. 30 shooting in Framingham.
Police are trying to arrest Eugene Sutton Jr. on charges of murder, armed robbery, armed assault to murder and possession of a firearm in the shooting death of Eric Hargett, 34.
Sutton's brother, Aaron, was arrested on Nov. 1 on the same charges, according to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan.

According to authorities, Hargett and the Sutton brothers went to a Hayes Street rooming house together early in the morning on Oct. 30. Once inside, authorities say the Sutton brothers robbed Hargett, stabbed him and shot him in the head.
After the killing, Eugene Sutton went to a home in Ashland. Police later searched that home and found the gun likely used to shoot Hargett.

Police described Eugene Sutton as 5’ 8”, about 210 pounds and bearing a tattoo of a double-barreled shotgun on his left forearm. Anyone with information can call Framingham police at (508) 872-1212.
