Weather Advisory: Wind Chill 30 Below Zero Wednesday, Thursday

Wind chill temperatures will drop to 30 below zero in Framingham and MetroWest today, Jan. 7, according to the National Weather Service.

For that reason, a rare wind chill alert was issued by the National Weather Service.

Wind chill temperatures are expected to drop to 15 below zero around the evening commute and to 25 below zero by late tonight.

Wind chills may rise to 15 below zero by noon on Thursday, but that means bundle up at the bus stops on Thursday morning.

These dangerous wind chills can result in frost bite or hypothermia.
