Wicked Weekend Weather Sends Tree Into Framingham Home
The homeowner was inside but no one was injured.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — This weekend's wild weather turned dangerous for one Framingham homeowner. A tree fell down right onto a home on Brownlea Road on Sunday. Framingham police said the incident should serve as a warning to other residents to stay alert of their area and possible trees that could come down.
The department said the unpredictable weather from the weekend may have caused the tree to come down. The homeowner was inside but police said no one was injured. The photo shows the large tree resting on the front entrance of the home and just over a car parked in the driveway.
Passing showers soaked the city on Sunday and winds whipped at up to 22 mph at some points in the day, according to the National Weather Service. Police warned neighbors to not only check trees but power lines that could come down as well.
