• Freetown's Summer Sounds Concert Series Returns for 2026 with Free Live Music, Food Trucks, Ice Cream (newbedfordguide.com) — Freetown is bringing back its free Summer Sounds Concert Series on three Tuesday evenings in July and August at 5 South Main Street in Assonet, with live bands, a food truck, and ice cream. Families are invited to bring chairs or blankets, enjoy the bandstand shows from 6–8 p.m., and check the town website or Facebook for rain date updates.
