• Motorcycle Crash Leaves Rider Seriously Injured as Lakeville Ambulances Already Busy on Other Calls (newbedfordguide.com) — Freetown firefighters were called in to transport a seriously injured motorcyclist after a crash at County Street and Freetown Street in Lakeville, when both Lakeville ambulances were already tied up. The Freetown crew brought the patient to St. Luke’s Hospital while Lakeville responders juggled five other calls, including carbon monoxide exposure and sports field injuries. 
• Two Lakeville juveniles arrested for allegedly stealing a car, breaking into at least 9 others (bostonglobe.com) — Freetown police joined State Police and other departments to help catch two Lakeville juveniles accused of stealing a car and breaking into several others across the region. The pair were arrested after a chase ending in Fall River, and investigators believe they may be tied to additional incidents in nearby towns.
