• State Orders Response from Town on Records Non-Disclosure (Georgetown) (thetowncommon.com) — Massachusetts' supervisor of records has ordered Georgetown's town clerk to respond within ten business days to Selectman Michael Donahue's public-records request for a legal opinion about the town administrator's authority to fire employees. The state has now sided with Donahue three times, while Georgetown officials have continued funding legal efforts to keep the opinion confidential, raising transparency and governance questions for residents.
