Needed part time senior caregiver

I am looking for someone to help 2 or 3 days a week-Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am to 6pm to care for my Mom who is in her 90’s. So I can run errands etc. 
It is in Gill, Ma. two miles from the center of Gill.

 Our concerns are mobility assistance, help staying physically active, dressing, grooming, occasional bathing, meal preparation, taking to the bathroom, contribute companionship such as conversations, playing cards, puzzles, watching TV, laughter, etc , keep the house safe and clean, reminders of any vitamins and or medications needed. 
This will be a reoccurring position every week. Must have your own transportation to work and home. 
A day may be changed if she has any appointments to tend to which I will take her to.
