Join Apple Tree Arts for a fun afternoon of family entertainment featuring Faculty Member and Trombonist Russell Jewell’s acoustic chamber ensemble, “Grupo Mambique." The group will perform Pan-American melodies and rhythms. The open house is part of “Grafton Celebrates the Holidays” event sponsored by the Town of Grafton and its Recreation Commission. The public is welcome.
“We are thrilled to invite everyone to join us in our new home and enjoy a lively afternoon of music,” said Jan Barlow, education director. “We are pleased that that front entrance of the building is now handicap accessible. The ramp has been installed. The portico floor has been raised to provide access to street-front tenants and the portico roof and gutters have been replaced along with the exterior lighting. Beautiful benches and hitching posts have been added to the front, too,” she explained.
Apple Tree Arts faculty, staff and board members will be available to discuss the school's programs. Ms. Barlow will be glad to answer any questions about the early childhood education and keyboard programs. Board members will give tours of the school’s offices, the great hall, classrooms and studios.
