Really! do you really think the one million or two million (Can't be sure) that the Selectmen are asking us to approve is the last request for this building? Do you really think town residents will get one/two or how many millions worth of use from this building? I suggest that the building needs more work currently then the town is aware of and will require substantial ongoing work over the years to maintain it, which is more money, perhaps every year. With upcoming overrides looming, do we want to spend another million or two for this? Give the building to Apple tree arts and let them be responsible! Attend the special town meeting and defeat.
