• Flock Devices In Grafton No Longer Capturing Images, Police Say (patch.com) — Grafton residents are being told that the town's Flock license plate-reading cameras were fully decommissioned on August 21 and are no longer capturing or storing images, according to Police Chief Neil Minardi. The chief is monitoring the system to ensure it stays inactive and is working with Flock on a schedule to remove the equipment, as Grafton joins other Massachusetts communities backing away from the technology amid privacy and data-access concerns.
   

• Expert on equine health is new leader of Tufts Cummings School (thegardnernews.com) — Grafton's Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts has named longtime equine-health expert Dr. Melissa Mazan as interim dean, guiding the campus while a permanent leader is sought for 2027-28.
