Wyman-Gordon Employees Might Face Wiretapping Charges
Three might face charges for setting up a camera without the subject's knowledge.

GRAFTON, MA -- Three human resources employees at Wyman-Gordon may face wiretapping charges for allegedly videotaping a former employee without his knowledge.
CBS News Boston’s I-Team reported in November that Mark Ferguson, an employee fired from Wyman-Gordon for sleeping on the job, that the camera not only allegedly captured Ferguson sleeping on the job, but the employees who set it up.
Ferguson found the camera before he was fired and took it home, sending the clip to CBS News, and then turned it in to the Grafton Police Department for an investigation. Ferguson alleges that if they recorded audio without his consent, it might be a violation of the Massachusetts wiretapping statute.
