Smith Academy is also struggling, entering the matchup winless this season and eager to reset after a 5-0 defeat to Westfield Technical Academy. 
• Western Mass. residents urge Healey to intervene in Eversource plan (recorder.com) — Granby is among 11 Western Mass. towns where Eversource plans to clear trees along power line corridors, prompting residents to ask Gov. Maura Healey to scale back the project. A regional advocacy group wants more selective cutting, citing sensitive habitats, wetlands, and vernal pools, while Eversource argues the work is needed to protect electric reliability.
