• PUBLIC NOTICE - Balloon Test for Proposed Wireless Communications Tower (grotonma.gov) — A balloon test for a proposed 125-foot cell tower at Groton-Dunstable Regional High School on Chicopee Row will begin Monday, April 27, 2026, weather permitting. The balloon will fly from 8 a.m. to noon for at least three consecutive days as required by Groton’s zoning bylaw. Residents with questions can contact the Planning Board office by phone or email.
