4-Alarm House Fire Roars In Manchester-By-The-Sea: Watch
The house was deemed a total loss, but the homeowner and his dog made it out safe.

MANCHESTER-BY-THE-SEA, MA — A four-alarm fire engulfed a home on University Lane as firefighters worked through what a ice and sleet storm to battle it.
No injuries were reported. The homeowner got himself and his dog out safely. The man's family was displaced.
The house was a total loss. Damages were estimated to be at about $400,000.
