Monday, April 8

  • A verbal warning was issued after a car stop at Bruce Lane and Porter Street at 1:41 a.m.
  • The Department of Public Works was called to Water Pumping Station on Pleasant Street at 8:03 a.m.
  • A disabled vehicle at Topsfield Road and Burnham Road was assisted at 8:15 a.m.
  • A cruiser transport was conducted at a Daniels Road address at 8:27 a.m.
  • Assistance was provided at a Gordon College property on Hull Street at 10:07 a.m.
  • A fire alarm went off at a Main Street address at 10:52 a.m.
  • The Fire Department handled a call on Nicole Avenue at 11:01 a.m.
  • A report was written after an attempted home break-in was reported on Maple Street at 12:02 p.m.
  • The utility company was notified about hazards at a Fiske Road address at 12:13 p.m.
  • A car stop was conducted on Burley Street at 12:32 p.m.
  • The Fire Department handled a call on Pleasant Street at 12:54 p.m.

Wednesday, April 10

  • A verbal warning was issued after a car stop at Main Street and Great Pond Road at 12:05 a.m.
  • An animal call was handled on Hull Street at 5:09 p.m.
  • A fire call was handled at an Arbor Street address at 11:01 p.m.
  • Assistance was provided at the station at 11:02 a.m.
  • A complaint about telephone calls from a Burnham Road address was given to Wenham police at 1:36 p.m.
  • A car crash on Route 128 south at 4:24 p.m. was not investigated and was referred to another agency.
  • An animal call at 4:50 p.m. on Cherry Street was unfounded.
  • A summons was issued after a car stop at Topsfield Road and Burnham Road at 5:21 p.m. A 46-year-old Salem man was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and having none/expired inspection sticker.
  • A car stop was conducted on Main Street at 5:27 a.m.
  • A car stop was conducted at an unspecified location at 5:42 p.m.
  • No police services were needed after a suspicious vehicles was reported at 9:08 p.m. on Cherry Street.
