COLDWELL BANKER SELLS $9 MILLION IN NEW HOMES IN SUBDIVISION IN BEVERLY, MA.
On Whitehall Circle, Coldwell Banker sold 9 of the 12 homes completed there. We are the New Home Specialists.
Brought onboard to stimulate sales in a Beverly Cove subdivision, Coldwell Banker’s marketing services led to 9 successful new home sales. The homes ranged in price from $850,000 to $1.5 million. Coldwell Banker’s New Homes Specialist coordinated showings, reservation agreements, architectural consultations, purchase and construction agreements, the construction process, and closings.
